The Story Behind Our Landscaping Service

Meridian Landscaping and Design was founded by Tim Gardiner in 2005. We want our customers to love their landscaping and their landscape provider.

We believe that our success can only be measured in terms of high client satisfaction, which is only achieved through hard work and a vigorous dedication to our employees and ultimately our clients.

Meridian offers comprehensive landscaping services from standard commercial maintenance to high end residential design and installation. Many of our projects include expert masonry work and rely on the education of our horticultural and landscape specialists.

Management Team

Tim Gardiner

President

Tim founded Meridian Landscaping LLC in 2005. Tim is responsible for the vision, culture, values and the daily operations of the company. Tim received his B.S. and MBA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Prior to Meridian, Tim was a sales executive at several successful software start-ups. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children.

Josh Cruz

Controller

Josh joined Meridian in 2012. Josh oversees finance, human resources, marketing and all internal operations of the company. In his spare time Josh enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and volunteering.

Will Long

Sterling Branch Manager

Will joined Meridian in 2021. Will manages all aspects of the Sterling Branch. Will received an Associates Degree in Landscape and Turf Management in 2009 from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences with a focus in Horticulture and Economics in 2011. Will has over 12 years of landscape experience working with a variety of national and regional landscape firms. His spare time is spent enjoying time with his kids and finding weekend adventures to explore with the whole family.

Caitlin Hilton

Financial Analyst

Caitlin has been with Meridian since 2014. Caitlin oversees AR and billing for the company. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and all things soccer.
